Oakridge Community Church
| Presently, OCC has two ordained pastors and numerous ordained deacons and deaconesses involved in the leadership serving the church. The goal of OCC is to develop a team of godly leaders to share the leadership responsibilities of the fellowship under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. A careful examination of words like “pastor, shepherd, bishop, overseer, and elder” in the Bible clearly reveal that God’s plan for a local church is for that church to have shared leadership among a team of godly men. OCC is striving to model and develop that clear Biblical teaching. Presently, OCC has two older men in its speaking rotation: Brian Ball and John Bates. |

Oakridge is about the Person of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who

allow us to be forgiven, and rose from the dead to show His power over
death and the grave. He lives now in heaven, praying for all of us, that we
might accomplish God’s will on this earth. He will return one day soon, to
judge all men, both the dead and the living. Because of these truths,
Oakridge is about people. We gather together as a church to jointly
accomplish God’s will and purposes through our lives, and we strive to
reach out to others to help them to know Jesus as well. If there is anything
